The emergence of Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS) in Egypt marks a significant step forward in promoting transparent and trustworthy practices within the organic farming sector. In recent years, several pioneering initiatives have been established, including RDNA PGS, PGS Demeter, and PGS EoL, each contributing to the advancement of locally relevant and inclusive certification systems.
